SUMMER TRADING

Our stores will be open 10-5pm December 27 to 30.

We will then be closed from NYE until the January 7th, to enjoy a little time off and relax with our family and friends. We wish you all a very happy and healthy 2024 and thank you for all your amazing support!

Any orders placed after 1pm on the 29th of December will be sent after the 8th of January when we reopen, if you require earlier delivery please contact us via socials or email prior to ordering.

 

 

Any enquiries related to ordering, please contact us prior to submitting your order as we will be happy to assist you with further product or shipping information. We do not cancel orders, so please make sure you are happy to commit to your purchase before placing order.

POSTAGE:
  • Please note that we will always do our best to send your items within 1-3 business days (excludes pre-orders and large furniture items).
  • We use Australia Post to send most parcels, and our prices are based on the rates provided by them, we do not charge additional fees on top of their pricing.
  • Any delays caused by Australia Post are unfortunately out of our hands and we are not responsible once your item has left the store.
  • Unclaimed parcels left at the post office that are returned to sender will require payment again for shipping, cancellation of order due to failure of delivery will result in a credit note only, no refund
  • Pre-order prints have a lead time of 2-4 weeks from ordering, as they are from an external supplier we have no control over lead times or freight prices as they are sent directly from manufacturer. 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
  • Please note we do not offer refunds (ACCC).
  • Full priced items:
    • may be exchanged or returned for a store credit, within 14 days of purchase.
    • Proof of purchased required for exchange or credit.
    • Credit notes are valid for 12 months. 
    • For hygiene reasons intimates and swimwear bottoms may not be exchanged.
  • Sale items:
    • Reduced clothing and accessory items may be exchanged for size.
    • Items marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for exchange or credit note. 
    • Reduced items purchase at a further discount, ie during Sale on Sale or other sale periods, are also considered final sale and not valid for exchange or credit.
    • No exchange on sale homeware or furniture products.
  • To make an exchange please email  with all your order details (please do not message via socials) within 14 days of purchase. Once approved, please send your item back, including pre-paid return postage bag (return postage is at senders cost). 
  • Items must be returned in original condition, with tags, and it is senders responsibility to ensure safe return of good. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post once your item has left our store.
