Refund policy
We hope you love your order, however we understand that sometimes things just aren't right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a credit note or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted. Please note all returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your credit note.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for a credit note or exchange including:
- swimwear
- earrings
- beauty products
- sale homewares
- items marked FINAL SALE
- sale items purchased with a further discount (i.e during SALE on Sale periods)

Unfortunately, we only offer exchange for size on sale clothing items.
Exchanges
Please make sure you let us know what items you would like to exchange for so we can put them aside for you.
We ask that you include a pre-paid return postage bag with your items to cover the cost of shipping for the new items, alternatively we can invoice for new shipping fees.
Credit Notes are valid for 12 months.
Refunds
Please note we do not offer refunds (ACCC).
